Pelvic Care Directory

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 31, 2026

This policy explains what information Pelvic Care Directory handles, why, and the choices you have. See our About page for how to reach us with a question or request.

If you visit this site

You can use this site without creating an account or giving us your name. The site doesn't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

When someone clicks a clinic's booking link, we count which listing and link were clicked, and when. We don't record who clicked, and the count isn't connected to quiz answers.

Our quiz asks what brings you here. Your answers stay in your browser. They aren't sent to us or saved, and they're gone when you close or reload the page.

Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.

If you email us

We receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond and to act on your request, and we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose. Please don't send us health information. We can't give medical advice by email.

If you are a listed physiotherapist

We publish professional information about you:

We use this information to help the public find physiotherapists. We don't publish home addresses, personal phone numbers or personal email addresses, and we don't sell this information.

You can ask to see, correct or remove your listing. If you ask us to remove it, we may keep a short record of the request so your listing isn't added back when our data is updated. Removing a listing here doesn't change the College's public register.

Who we share information with

We use service providers to run this site, including Vercel for hosting and Supabase for our database. They may store or process information outside Canada. We don't sell personal information, and we share it only with these providers or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change, including before we add any new way of collecting information. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
